EASY TO USE AND BUILT TO LAST - Rockport Spiral Tube Winders are made using only the best quality materials including cast and precision machined gear housings, heavy steel blanchard ground plates and top quality, straight forward electrical control systems. Other features include pneumatic belt tensioning with quick release emergency stop, double-driven capstans and A/C variable speed drive packages.

Small Winders

Model WT Winder

A precise tube making machine for very small and/or light wall tubes. The WT is a 4-head, 2 belt design allowing even belt pressure application when forming especially small diameter tubes.

Model WS Winder

A flexible unit making smaller cores under 2" diameter. This lower cost system incorporates all the standard features of larger Rockport Winders including pneumatic belt tensioning, precision machined gear housings, double driven capstans and pneumatic belt tensioning with E-stop quick release.

Model WI Winder

The most widely used Rockport winder the flexible Model WI offers more powertrain options along with several mandrel mounting configurations. Standard pneumatic belt tension safety release, spiral bevel hear gears for the utmost durability.

Large Winders

Model WM Winder

While the first model in our Larger Winder line, the WM remains a compact unit with plenty of pulling power. Featuring up to 10 Hp drive package the WM can easily produce thicker walled tubes.

Model WL Winder

Engineered for heavy manufacturing and built for the job. Big and heavy the WL can handle a very wide range of tube diameters and wall thicknesses. Drive package is belly mounted underneath the swingplate with gearbox options from high speed to high torque.  Cast iron gear housings for maximum durability.

Model WH Winder

The heaviest of the heavies where power is King. Power options for everything - swingplate angle, baseplate position.  Special drive components, spiral bevel gears, nitrided shafts.
